Thank you for shopping at Aurelle. We offer a 7-day return policy for most products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at rootedwishesco4444@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping & Handling
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake in your order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions
